As part of federal funding, the American Indian Vocational Rehabilitation Services (AIVRS) Programs must develop and maintain written policies and procedures regarding the provision of vocational rehabilitation (VR) services. The provision of VR services is based on the needs of each individual as identified in that individual’s individualized plan for employment (IPE) and is consistent with the individual’s informed choice.
