Learn about using the New Employee/Orientation Checklist & onboarding tool to develop a PowerPoint Presentation to assist with new hire training and ongoing staff development. Using the tool will clarify roles and responsibilities, promote staff stability while lowering turnover, and through the understanding of the VR process and mission of the AIVRS program increasing the ability of preparing consumers for gainful employment. Lastly, AIVRS Program Personnel can use the PowerPoint Presentation developed from this tool as an educational component of ongoing staff development.
