Six-Month Performance Report (ED524B) Forms and Instructions From RSA Training on 3/19/26
Recipients of multi-year discretionary grants must submit a six-month (midyear) performance report during the first year of funding to receive a continuation award. The following documents are up to date for filling out your Six-Month (Midyear) Grant Performance Report (ED524B).

AIVRS Performance Measures
AIVRS grantees can use the GPRA formulas to calculate the efficiency and level of success of their individual projects. The document below is used for individual project calculations and RSA employs the same formulas for all data contained in submitted performance reports.
